REFUND POLICY


RETURNS/EXCHANGES: BONE + ARROW® will accept product in its original condition for a refund or exchange and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days of delivery.  All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days from the date of return.
Shipping fees for the return/exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

BONE + ARROW® reserves the right to refuse any returned product that have show visible signs of use or damage.  

All shipping fees are not returnable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and tracking. Once an order ships from BONE + ARROW®, we are no longer responsible for the status of the package, and it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.

CANCELLATIONS: Once and order is received a shipping label is generated.  If an order is cancelled before it is shipped a restocking fee of $8.95 will be charged.  If the order is marked as shipped/fulfilled then cancellation is not possible.  Customer will be responsible to ship the item pack and pay shipping fee.

REPAIRS: Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please email info@boneandarrow.com to ensure the product is repairable prior to sending.  Each repair is unique and repair fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of repair. 

SALE ITEMS: All sale items are FINAL SALE and all bulk/wholesale orders may not be cancelled without a 15% cancellation fee.  

DEFECTIVE: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@boneandarrow.com within 10 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item.
